Order tracking and assurance of on-time delivery Junior International Procurement Assistant CENERIS At CENERIS Environmental & Hygiene Solutions, we are looking for a Junior International Procurement Assistant focused on supporting procurement acquisition and international logistics processes. Position Objective Provide support in international procurement management, ensuring proper order tracking, documentary control, and supplier coordination in accordance with the company's management system guidelines. Responsibilities Request quotations from international suppliers, coordinate material receipt, and issue international purchase orders. Coordinate timely delivery of materials to each work team at their respective locations. Input information into the system and manage all invoices and payment commitments with suppliers for goods and merchandise purchases, as well as those arising from the import process. Track orders and ensure on-time delivery. Maintain up-to-date records of invoices and contracts. Serve as liaison with warehouse staff to ensure products arrive in good condition. Track claims, complaints, and non-conformities in the international logistics chain. Keep supplier records, product catalogues, technical specifications, price lists, and purchase orders updated. Participate in quality, environmental, occupational health and safety activities. Comply with the company's management system guidelines, standards, and requirements. Identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions within one's scope of work. Conduct job risk assessments in compliance with safety standards. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements Education: Technical diploma or graduate in International Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (minimum). Bachelor’s degree or certified professional (preferred). Training: Basic English (minimum). Basic computer skills. Intermediate or advanced English (preferred). Basic customs knowledge in export and import (preferred). Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office, spreadsheets). Experience: 6 months in similar positions (minimum). 1 year in similar positions (preferred).
