Job Summary: We are seeking a Sanitary Engineer with leadership capabilities to supervise the execution and maintenance of sanitary networks and installations in building or healthcare projects. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and management of sanitary installations in projects. 2. Preparation of technical reports and quality control. 3. Coordination with the technical office and resolution of interferences. **Position: Sanitary Installations Supervisor** **Role Summary:** We are looking for a Sanitary Engineer (Bachelor's degree or fully qualified) with leadership capabilities to supervise the execution and maintenance of sanitary networks and installations in building or healthcare infrastructure projects. **Minimum Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year supervising sanitary construction works or hospital maintenance. * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or qualified Sanitary Engineer. * **Software:** Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and S10\. * **Knowledge:** Reading of drawings, preparation of technical reports, quantity take-offs, and valuations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the proper execution of sanitary installations according to drawings and current regulations. * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of water and sewage networks. * Prepare progress reports, justifications for changes, and field quality control reports. * Coordinate with the technical office to resolve interferences (RFI). **Competencies:** * Technical problem-solving. * Assertive communication. * Results-oriented.
