Maintains continuous communication and systematic support for families **A private educational institution** located in the **southern area of Lima** is seeking a professional for the position of: ***Social Assistant***, with experience in schools (desirable), who is committed, empathetic, and possesses strong human sensitivity, to contribute to the holistic well-being of our **students, families, and staff**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct socioeconomic and family assessments for applicants to the Educational Center. * Manage Essalud procedures: registrations, CITT exchanges, and subsidies for teaching and administrative staff. * Prepare social reports based on interviews conducted with applicant families. * Communicate with families regarding students’ unjustified absences. * Monitor and track health-related procedures for staff. * Maintain continuous communication with psychology, school administration, and Human Resources Management. * Provide systematic attention and accompaniment to families within the educational community. * Support the enrollment process and tuition fee payments. * Coordinate with external institutions for academic and cultural activities involving students. * Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (valid professional license and registration). * Proficiency in SIEWEB (desirable). * Minimum 2 years of experience in private educational institutions. * Knowledge of current labor and educational regulations. * Experience preparing social reports. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Benefits:** * MYPE payroll registration * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM * On-site work modality * Excellent working environment Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 per month Application questions: * In which district do you reside? * Are you a licensed Social Worker? * How many years of experience do you have in this role? * Have you previously worked in schools or educational institutions?
