




Job Summary: A professional with experience in SSOMA to maintain and improve the management system, conduct safety talks and inductions, and supervise compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance and improvement of the SSOMA management system 2. Conduct safety talks and inductions 3. Supervise compliance with safety regulations · Maintenance and improvement of the SSOMA management system. Environmental Engineer / Industrial Engineer / Safety Engineer, with a diploma and/or course in SSOMA Assertive communication skills Basic office software proficiency 2–3 years of relevant experience RESPONSIBILITIES: · Conduct safety talks. · Schedule occupational medical examinations. · Conduct safety inductions. · Authorize the distribution of PPE. · Supervise personnel to ensure compliance with safety regulations. · Waste management. · Coordinate follow-up with the occupational physician. · Prepare accident investigation files in accordance with applicable law. · Personnel accreditation for construction sites. · Maintain up-to-date MSDS sheets for chemical substances. · Manage implementation of the annual SSOMA Plan and Program. Propose improvements to safety conditions. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,600.00 – S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
