




Position Summary: Provide technical support for the management and operation of the pharmaceutical establishment, ensuring regulatory compliance and service quality. Key Highlights: 1. Contributes to pharmaceutical quality and safety Job Objective: Provide technical support to the Pharmaceutical Technical Director in the management and operation of the establishment, ensuring compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP) and Good Dispensing Practices (GDP), as well as current health regulations, thereby contributing to quality and safety in pharmaceutical services. Minimum Requirements: Licensed and registered Pharmacist-Chemist with valid practice license. Minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical establishments (pharmacies, drugstores, clinics, or pharmacies). Knowledge of Good Storage Practices (GSP) and Good Dispensing Practices (GDP). Familiarity with current health regulations in the healthcare sector. Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrate responsibility, and maintain attention to detail. Availability to work Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturdays from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Desirable: Experience supporting technical direction or pharmaceutical supervision. Knowledge of pharmacovigilance and quality control. Courses or training in pharmaceutical management or clinical pharmacy. Main Responsibilities: Assist in supervising the proper dispensing of medicines and pharmaceutical products. Verify compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP) and Good Dispensing Practices (GDP). Monitor appropriate storage, preservation, and product rotation (FEFO/FIFO). Assist in monitoring expiry dates and storage conditions. Collaborate in managing and controlling narcotic and psychotropic drugs per regulatory requirements. Participate in implementing and monitoring the pharmacovigilance system. Provide support in training technical and auxiliary staff. Assist in internal audits, health inspections, and corrective actions. Coordinate with the Technical Director and administrative department for timely medicine supply.
