Position Summary: Coordinate and manage the merchandise withdrawal process, from scheduling to delivery, ensuring compliance with required procedures and payments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of withdrawal procedures and cargo release authorization. 2. Collaboration with internal and external departments for customs clearance. 3. Opportunities at a leading company with a positive work environment. Requirements: Technical or university degree in international trade, international business, etc. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Availability to work at the commercial air center (Callao). Minimum 1 year of experience performing similar duties in withdrawal procedures. · Responsibilities: Receive and organize withdrawal schedules according to priority order. Ensure that BLs sent by the VB department contain the corresponding endorsements. Request pre-settlements from ports and DT through platforms or email, as appropriate. Review and analyze pre-settlement items and amounts prior to payment request. Timely submit payment requests to Treasury for service settlement and track payments accordingly. Manage cargo release authorization via port and DT platforms, attaching required documents. Ensure that the AR procedure has been received and processed by ports and DT until completion. Send the enabled AR to relevant departments for cargo withdrawal. Alert the responsible department promptly in case of any blockage or observation during the AR application process. Coordinate with customs dispatch assistants to deliver import documentation for merchandise withdrawal, as applicable. Move cargo across various warehouses for physical inspection.
