Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive Community Manager to communicate mental health topics and develop digital content for SER Psychological Center. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and execute a monthly social media content calendar. 2. Develop graphic assets, posts, stories, reels, and short videos. 3. Support the commercial team by providing information and follow-up to interested parties. At **SER Psychological Center**, we are looking for a creative, proactive, and committed **Community Manager**, capable of communicating mental health topics responsibly and professionally. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and execute the monthly content calendar for our primary platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn). * Develop graphic assets, posts, stories, reels, and short videos aligned with SER Psychological Center’s institutional identity. * Record audiovisual material, take photographs, and edit footage. * Periodically review post performance metrics to propose improvements in reach, engagement, and potential user acquisition. * Support the commercial team by providing information about our services and following up with interested individuals. **Requirements:** * Student or graduate in Communication Sciences, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. * Prior experience or portfolio relevant to the healthcare sector. * Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, or other design and editing tools. * Strong spelling, writing, and assertive communication skills. * Proactivity, dynamism, creativity, and excellent interpersonal skills. **Working Conditions:** * On-site work mode. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. * Two Saturdays per month, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Salary: S/ 1,130\. **Application:** If you meet the profile, please send your CV to the email **ser@ser.pe** or via WhatsApp **945 124 250**.
