We are seeking a Community Relations Coordinator to conduct fieldwork, manage community relationships, and coordinate social support programs.

On behalf of our client, a leading company in its industry, we are looking for a Community Relations Coordinator.
**Requirements**
* Graduate or bachelor's degree in Sociology, Social Work, Anthropology, Social Communication, Psychology, or related fields.
* Specialization or coursework in social project management.
* Minimum of 2–4 years in similar positions or performing functions such as community or social work, community or institutional relations, or social project management.
* Conducting community diagnostics.
* Information-gathering techniques (surveys, interviews).
* Social conflict management.
* Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
**Intermediate MS Office**
**Responsibilities**
* Conduct ongoing fieldwork in the company's areas of influence.
* Carry out social surveys, surveys, and mapping to identify needs, key stakeholders, and social risks.
* Develop and update the community stakeholder map (leaders, neighborhood committees, associations, etc.).
* Coordinate social and community support programs (health, education, sports, culture, etc.).
* Organize and supervise sports activities such as soccer and volleyball classes for children and youth, as well as community recreational workshops.
* Plan, implement, and evaluate community sports competitions.
* Maintain direct and continuous communication with community leaders and representatives.
* Manage social conflicts preventively and promptly.
* Coordinate with local institutions (municipalities, schools, social organizations).
* Prepare periodic reports on management, incidents, and community progress.
* Support implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategies.
* Promote active community participation in the company's initiatives.
* Schedule weekly field visits.
* Draft minutes of community meetings.
* Identify opportunities for social intervention.
* Supervise appropriate use of resources allocated to community activities.
* Coordinate event logistics (materials, venues, participants).
* Measure the impact of implemented activities.
