Job Summary: We are seeking a Compensation Intern to assist in dashboard development, database consolidation, participation in salary surveys, and process automation. Key Highlights: 1. What will be your main responsibilities? * Dashboard and KPI Development: Design and implement control dashboards and key area indicators to facilitate strategic decision-making. * Database Consolidation and Cleansing: Ensure data quality, organization, and consistency of personnel information databases for salary review processes. * Benchmarking and Salary Surveys: Actively participate in mapping the competitive labor market and analyzing compensation trends. * Job Description (JD) Structuring: Provide support in structuring, updating, and standardizing organizational Job Descriptions. * Process Automation: Identify improvement opportunities and design efficient workflows to reduce the team’s operational workload. * AI and Emerging Trends Applied to Compensation: Research, propose, and implement disruptive tools and artificial intelligence to optimize departmental tasks. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Students pursuing degrees in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields * Advanced Excel (Mandatory): Proficiency in handling large datasets, formulas, and pivot tables * Power BI / Automation Tools: Creation of visual and efficient reports **Selection Process** ------------------------ Our selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
