If you meet the following requirements, we want to meet you! **Responsibilities:** 1\. Receive and process alarms/panic buttons. 2\. Receive and process theft incidents. 3\. Respond to emails and phone calls from various departments. 4\. Monitor pending units, recoveries, and captures. Monitor temperature and servers. 5\. Provide personalized service to various customers. 6\. Handle Gabel emergencies. 7\. Process deactivations in CLOCATOR and files. 8\. Fulfill requests from General Management. 9\. Review virtual maintenance tasks. 10\. Answer customer phone calls. 11\. Verify maintenance of the generator set. 12\.
