Our client, a highway concessionaire located in Lima, is seeking a CRANE OPERATOR. **Responsibilities:** * Respond to road incidents involving light and heavy vehicles on the concessioned roadway, in accordance with instructions from the Operations Control Center (OCC). * Identify and report incidents occurring on the concessioned roadway to the OCC, ensuring timely activation of response protocols. * Comply with occupational safety and health procedures, as well as protocols for signage, traffic containment, and emergency response. * Monitor and report on the condition of assigned vehicles, equipment, and tools. * Contribute to continuous improvement processes in area management and communication. * Provide support in responding to road incidents and events, collaborating with traffic inspectors and other teams. * Conduct inspections and basic preventive maintenance on assigned vehicles and equipment. **Requirements:** * Valid AIIIB driver’s license. * Training in Basic Mechanics, fire extinguisher use and handling, customer service, and vehicle operation (aligned with the required license category). * Courses in Crane or Forklift Operation and Defensive Driving (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (basic level). * Two years of experience in similar positions.
