




Job Summary: Clínica Santa Isabel is seeking an assistant for outpatient care, service billing, attendance registration, patient guidance, and support in resolving complaints. Job Requirements Academic Qualifications: Incomplete or ongoing technical studies in Secretarial Science, Administration, or related fields. Work Experience: Minimum 6 months of secretarial experience in the healthcare sector. Specific Requirements: Not applicable. Technological Knowledge: Basic proficiency in Office tools (preferred). Languages: Intermediate or advanced English level (preferred). Responsibilities Provide timely and efficient outpatient care to patients. Process billing for outpatient and inpatient services as applicable. Register performed procedures and attendances in the system. Guide and inform patients regarding budgets and other required procedures. Support resolution of non-conforming services and complaints across various departments. Train and mentor new Customer Service Department staff. Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or the Deputy General Management.
