We are currently looking for **Call Center Advisors** who wish to continue promoting our high-end products and services, contributing to the security and peace of mind of families and businesses. **Work Location:** Surquillo **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Answer telephone calls and WhatsApp messages from internal and external customers, meeting quality and service standards. * Provide clear and appropriate information using tools provided by the company. * Address inquiries, manage orders, and follow up on cases. * Record inquiries and complaints in the CRM system. * Propose online solutions and contribute to improving departmental processes. * Report incidents related to products, services, or applications.
