Job Summary: Nuna Makeover is seeking a proactive Receptionist and Customer Service representative to deliver an exceptional experience and manage patient care in aesthetic medicine. At **Nuna Makeover**, a specialized center for non-invasive aesthetic medicine, we are looking for a **Receptionist and Customer Service** professional — proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to our patients. **Main Responsibilities:** * Respond to and advise patients via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media. * Provide clear information about treatments, promotions, and services. * Manage medical and specialist appointment schedules, coordinating appointments efficiently. * Record, update, and organize clinical records. * Confirm appointments and conduct patient follow-ups. * Promote free evaluations, campaigns, and treatments according to commercial protocols. * Follow up on pending payments and monitor accounts receivable. * Drive sales of treatments, packages, and aesthetic products. * Ensure warm, personalized, and high-quality service in every interaction. **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies currently in progress, completed, or incomplete in Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, sales, or appointment management (preferred in aesthetic clinics, medical centers, or beauty establishments). * Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and commercial abilities. * Proficiency with digital tools and WhatsApp Business. **Schedule:** **Monday to Friday:** 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. \- **Saturdays:** 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. with a **1-hour** break. **What We Offer:** * **Fixed salary:** S/ 1,500\. \- S/ 1,800\. * **Performance bonus (for appointment scheduling and sales)**. * Exclusive discounts on treatments and products. * Excellent work environment. * Ongoing training and opportunities for professional growth.
