**1\. Job Purpose:**
Responsible for administering, transforming, and analyzing critical information for S\&OP processes. Serve as the primary technical support for report automation, dashboard development, database management, and KPI generation—ensuring reliable, timely, and standardized information for decision-making.

**3\. Key Responsibilities:**
Consolidate, clean, and manage databases sourced from multiple systems.
Design, develop, and maintain automated regional reports.
Develop operational and executive dashboards in Power BI.
Automate processes using Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, and VBA (Macros).
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality used by the S\&OP team.
Generate, update, and maintain performance indicators (KPIs) for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, and Inventory.
Develop tools to reduce manual effort and increase team productivity.
Support the S\&OE process by generating data and analysis for decision-making.
Identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
Support Data Management, Data Governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in digital transformation and process automation projects.
Provide technical support to users on analytics and visualization tools.
Comply with Amcor’s Four Pillars and Six Life-Saving Rules.
Comply with Internal Work Regulations, Internal Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, and Amcor Safety Standards.
Comply with current BRCGS Packaging, BPM, and HARA standards.

**Required Experience:**
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in similar roles.
**Academic Level:**
Technical or university degree in Computing, Systems, Informatics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
