Job Summary: IGH Group is seeking a Data Controller HSE to manage, analyze, and control Occupational Health and Safety (HSE) information in mining projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and administer HSE databases 2. Develop dashboards and indicators (KPIs) 3. Provide information management support to the project team ***IGH Group***, a company dedicated to talent search and management, is currently seeking a **Data Controller HSE**, responsible for managing, analyzing, and controlling Occupational Health and Safety (HSE)-related information in development projects. **Work Modality:** * **Work Schedule Regime:** 10x10\. * **Working Hours:** Full-time. * **Work Mode:** On-site at the Antapaccay Mining Unit (UMA). **Responsibilities:** * Manage and administer HSE-related databases. * Record, validate, and control operational and documentary information. * Ensure project data traceability and consistency. * Develop dashboards and indicators (KPIs) for monitoring and control. * Analyze information to support decision-making. * Consolidate project management and progress reports. * Monitor recordkeeping and compliance with documentary standards. * Provide information management support to the project team. **Academic Qualifications:** * Technical or university degree in any discipline **Work Experience:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in information handling and control. * Experience in managing HSE databases and records within the Antapaccay Mining Unit (desirable). * Experience in: \- Occupational Health and Safety (desirable). \- Data analysis. \- Documentary traceability. \- Information management and record control. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Advanced Excel * Power BI (intermediate) **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Formal employment registration from day one – General Regime * Statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacation, Essalud health insurance, among others). * Participation in high-level mining projects. * Professional development.
