Because only by working together in a culture where everyone thrives can we build the world in which we all want to live. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** **MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR** **Work Location: Villa El Salvador.** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Review and sign safety documents (ATS / PETAR), ensuring their correct application before work begins. * Supervise and ensure the health and safety of technicians, operators, and contractors during task execution. * Coordinate with technical staff on preventive maintenance work execution, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. * Supervise the completion and closure of work orders, correctly using established maintenance formats. * Monitor attendance, absences, and leave requests of assigned technical staff, maintaining an up-to-date and accurate record. * Coordinate with the maintenance planner on task scheduling and technical team vacation management. * Supervise the execution and closure of autonomous maintenance tasks, coordinated with production and following established formats. * Verify compliance with technical inspection forms conducted during preventive maintenance. * Generate Solped requests and reservations for tools, personal protective equipment (PPE), and spare parts required for operations. * Develop and maintain safe operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance activities, ensuring safety and efficiency during interventions. **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of work experience in maintenance supervision. * Experience managing technical personnel. * Knowledge of gearmotors, electro-pneumatic systems, electrical transformers, and automation. * Intermediate\-advanced Excel proficiency.
