Performs cleaning, organization, and maintenance tasks in various areas. 2. Carries out basic masonry, plumbing, painting, and electrical work. 3. Assists in the transportation of materials and provides general support to different departments. **Job Description** *We are currently looking for a committed, proactive, and detail-oriented General Services Operator who contributes to the good condition, organization, and proper functioning of our facilities.* **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning, organization, and maintenance tasks in offices, boutiques, and common areas, including exteriors. * Carry out watering and basic garden care. * Assist in the internal transportation of materials, furniture, and documentation. * Conduct periodic inspections to identify preventive or corrective maintenance needs. * Carry out basic masonry, plumbing, painting, and electrical work. * Provide support in supervising external vendors during specialized work. * Comply with and promote safety, occupational health, and environmental standards. * Assist in access control and maintaining order in common areas when required. * Perform purchases and errands assigned by management. * Provide general support to various departments according to operational needs. **Desired Qualifications** * Previous experience in similar positions. * Basic knowledge of general maintenance. * Responsible, punctual, and collaborative attitude. * Ability to work in a team and under supervision. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,700.00 - S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
