Opportunity for growth within a consulting organization HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN At CENERIS, an organization dedicated to providing engineering consulting and solutions under the TQRE (Total Quality & Risk Engineering) approach, we are seeking a Human Resources Intern who wishes to develop professionally and gain experience in this field. REQUIREMENTS: - Final-year student or graduate in Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related fields. - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Interest in the Human Resources field. - Proactivity, responsibility, and communication skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support recruitment and selection processes (resumé screening and interview coordination). - Assist in personnel file management. - Support occupational well-being activities (birthdays, internal events, etc.). - Assist in employee onboarding. - Perform other duties assigned by the Human Resources department. INTERNSHIP CONDITIONS: - Mode: In-person - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. - Financial support provided for meals and transportation: S/.25.00 per day. - Internship Certificate will be issued.
