Ensure staff participation in SIG/SSOMA-related activities, including implementation of the annual training program and occupational health communications, to strengthen preventive management. 2\. Supervise operational staff to ensure compliance with protocols, guidelines, and procedures for work execution and quality, thereby avoiding penalties. 3\. Coordinate with the process coordinator on required materials and PPE for tasks, aiming to meet the area’s work schedule. 4\. Communicate supervision reports, penalty reports, SST bulletins, accident reports, and updated procedures to operational staff to fulfill the area’s work plan. 5\. Submit incident-, accident-, and force majeure-related non-compliance discharge reports to the process coordinator to avoid client penalties. 6\. Supervise operational staff to ensure proper use of internal forms, work procedures, and documentation (including work schedules), thereby fulfilling the work plan and avoiding penalties. 7\. Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by direct management to achieve departmental objectives.
