Position Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Inspector to implement and supervise the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System, conduct inspections, identify hazards, and plan training programs. Planning and Delivering SSOMA Training At **iSudamérica**, a company dedicated to marketing biosafety and disposable products, we are currently seeking an **SSOMA INSPECTOR**. **Responsibilities** * Implement and supervise the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System (SSOMA). * Conduct planned and unplanned inspections in operational areas. * Identify hazards, assess risks, and verify compliance with IPERC. * Investigate incidents and accidents, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Plan and deliver SSOMA training sessions, inductions, and daily safety talks. * Prepare and submit SSOMA reports and documentation. * Supervise proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Ensure compliance with current occupational safety and health legislation. **Requirements** * Technical or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in SSOMA-related roles. * Knowledge of basic Occupational Safety and Health legislation. * Proficiency in IPERC, hazard identification, and risk assessment. * Microsoft Excel: Basic to Intermediate level. **Benefits** * Full payroll registration from day one. * Bi-weekly salary payments. * 50% coverage of EPS (optional). * Pleasant work environment. * Career development path.
