Process automation and programming PROFESSIONAL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INTERN We are looking for a service-oriented professional to fill the position of systems professional intern at our clinic located in the Cusco branch. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in SYSTEMS ENGINEERING Responsibilities: Monitor and resolve issues related to the Institution's servers and software. Implement infrastructure and server projects. Provide end-user support regarding problems, questions, inquiries, and improvements related to the computer systems they use. Report directly to immediate supervisors any situations affecting work—either directly or indirectly—arising from existing processes or staff members. First-level Information System support: handling errors, corrections, modifications, and/or user-originated queries whose resolution does not require source code or data modification. Analyze and propose automation of manual institutional processes using IT tools. Perform programming tasks. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software to ensure proper operation of computer systems. Database management. Required Knowledge: Database management. Advanced Office suite proficiency.
