Analysis and proposal of process automation PROFESSIONAL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INTERN We are looking for a service-oriented professional to fill the position of systems intern at our clinic located in the Cusco branch. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in SYSTEMS ENGINEERING Responsibilities: Monitor and resolve issues related to the Institution's servers and software. Implement infrastructure and server projects. Provide end-user support regarding problems, questions, consultations, and improvements related to the information systems they use. Report directly to immediate supervisors any situations that directly or indirectly affect work operations, whether arising from existing processes or staff members. First-level Information System support: handling errors, corrections, modifications, and/or user-originated queries whose resolution does not require source code or data modifications. Analyze and propose automation of the Institution’s manual processes using IT tools. Perform programming tasks. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software to ensure proper operation of information systems. Database management. Required Knowledge: Database management.
