Knowledge of restaurant management systems. Experience leading customer service teams (Maitre, waiters, hostesses, etc.). Knowledge of table service protocols. Extensive knowledge of wines, meat cuts, and related topics. Friendly and courteous demeanor. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
