




**WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Collaborate in all aspects of the project throughout all project stages: identification and evaluation of opportunities, concept selection, definition (engineering), execution (procurement and construction), commissioning, and handover to operations. * Assist with process control and documentation of all project processes. * Actively participate in multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects within schedule, budget, and scope constraints. * Serve as an intermediary with the company's operations, maintenance, engineering, HSEC, and procurement teams, as well as with project and engineering contractors regarding project-related matters. * Assist with contract management, from preparation of tender documents and daily follow-up of field project work to cost control and resolution of warranty claims. * Help ensure full compliance with quality, budget, schedule, and Health, Safety, Environment, and Community (QHSE) requirements by internal teams and contractors. * Assist in monitoring project performance against KPIs. * Assist in preparing project reports and databases. * Comply with policies, plans, guidelines, legal requirements, and other commitments adopted by the Company regarding Quality, Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE). * Actively participate in any QHSE activities required as part of assigned duties and, generally, in any other initiatives implemented by the Company to improve QHSE performance. * Promote compliance with QHSE standards and guidelines at work, including any work involving contractors, suppliers, and customers. **WHAT PROFILE AND COMPETENCIES ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Knowledge to properly apply a methodology to projects with reasonably well-defined requirements and deliverables. * Strong command of English (oral and written). * Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar, MS Project, MS Office. * Knowledge of Industrial Process Safety and OSHA practices. * Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP desirable) at user level. * Results-oriented, leads teams, defines work activities, sets objectives, and delivers. * Analytical thinking, identifies and manages project risks. * Continuous improvement mindset
