Position Summary: At Quinoa, we are seeking a committed and proactive Full-Time Kitchen Assistant to prepare dishes, assist with order reception, execute Mise & Place, and maintain cleanliness. Correct preparation of dishes following standardized recipes. 2\. Preparation of dressings and ingredients, among other productions. 3\. Assisting with order reception, ensuring proper rotation and correct storage. 4\. Executing Mise \& Place for the area, controlling and ensuring product and portion quality standards. 5\. Immediately notifying the head chef if products are missing or need to be discarded. 6\. Cleaning and organizing the area before, during, and after service. 7\. Maintaining the kitchen, equipment, and utensils in good condition through appropriate cleaning. 8\. Assisting in preserving raw materials and finished products according to established standards. 9\. Understanding correct handling and completion of forms and production records.
