Job Summary: We are seeking Kitchen Assistants to support food preparation and meal distribution while maintaining cleanliness and disinfection of the work area. Key Points: 1. Ongoing training and a positive work environment Our institution, the Peruvian-Japanese Association—which operates three facilities: the Peruvian-Japanese Cultural Center, the Peruvian-Japanese Polyclinic, and the Peruvian-Japanese Centennial Clinic—is looking for top talent to join our team as Kitchen Assistants. Requirements: · Verified Technical Culinary Studies Minimum 3 months of experience in kitchen-related work and/or meal distribution. Basic knowledge of Good Food Handling Practices (desirable). Basic knowledge of food preparation. Experience in concessionaires. Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 7 AM to 4 PM. Functions: · Cleaning and disinfection of the work area. Distribution of meals to patients. Assisting in food and meal preparation. Adhering to the schedule of duties assigned by the supervisor. Benefits: · Payroll registration from day one.
