Meals provided during working hours **Kitchen Assistant – Cercado de Lima** We are looking for a **Kitchen Assistant** to work at our main office located in Cercado de Lima. **Requirements:** · Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchens or concessions. · Completed secondary education. · Technical studies in Gastronomy preferred but not required. · Valid CUL certificate (Certijoven or Certiadulto). · Availability to work Monday through Sunday with one day off. · Immediate availability to start. · Willingness to work in Cercado de Lima. **Responsibilities:** · Prepare dishes following standard recipes. · Carry out production and mise en place for the area. · Adhere to company-established quality and hygiene standards. · Keep the work area clean and organized. · Conduct weekly inventory of supplies. · Report incidents and observations to the immediate supervisor. · Provide general support for kitchen activities. · Perform other duties related to the position and aimed at ensuring smooth kitchen operations. **Work Schedule and Location:** · Fixed shifts available: · 1st shift: 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. · 2nd shift: 10:00 a.m. to 8:45 p.m. · Work Monday through Sunday with one day off. · Work location: Cercado de Lima. **Benefits:** · Formal employment under the MYPE regime. · Statutory benefits according to the MYPE regime. · Base salary between S/. 1,500 and S/. 1,700 per month, depending on experience. · Meals provided during working hours. · Timely monthly payments. · Pleasant work environment. · Opportunity for professional growth and career path.
