Job Summary: At Quinoa, we are seeking a committed and proactive Full-Time Kitchen Assistant to prepare standardized dishes, support production, and maintain the kitchen area. Key Highlights: 1. Correctly preparing dishes following standardized recipes. 2\. Preparing dressings and supplies, among other production tasks. 3\. Assisting in order receipt while ensuring proper rotation and correct storage. 4\. Executing Mise & Place for the area, controlling and ensuring product and pair quality standards. 5\. Immediately notifying the Head Chef if products are missing or need to be discarded. 6\. Cleaning and organizing the area before, during, and after service. 7\. Maintaining the kitchen, equipment, and utensils in good condition through appropriate cleaning. 8\. Assisting in preserving raw materials and products according to established standards. 9\. Understanding proper handling and completion of forms and production records.
