At Credicorp Capital, we seek a **Labor Relations Leader** to assume a strategic role with regional impact, leading the evolution of the labor model in a multi\-country, highly regulated, and continuously transforming environment.
**What will be your impact?**
You will be responsible for defining and implementing the regional labor relations strategy, proactively managing risks, leading key negotiations, and advising senior management on critical business-impacting decisions.
**What are we looking for?**
* Licensed attorney with a postgraduate degree in Labor Law.
* 6–10 years of experience in labor relations and leadership of regional or multi\-country teams.
* Knowledge of applicable regulations in countries such as Chile, Colombia, Panama, Peru, and the USA.
* Experience in labor risk management and legal contingencies.
* Use of data/analytics to generate insights.
* Desirable: knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and labor taxation.
**Languages and Tools:**
* Intermediate–advanced English
* Advanced Excel, analytics tools, and application of technologies/AI
**Some of your key challenges will include:**
* Managing complex labor cases, defining criteria and positions in ambiguous scenarios.
* Integrating legal knowledge and specialized expertise (taxation, OHS, insurance) into decision-making.
* Leading and optimizing your functional area by implementing improvements, automation, and efficiency.
* Generating strategic insights from data to guide business decisions.
* Developing and evolving policies and guidelines, converting knowledge into departmental assets.
* Acting as a strategic advisor, aligning labor management with business objectives.
* Driving technology and AI adoption, identifying opportunities and managing risks.
* Designing and implementing high-impact solutions (processes, dashboards, policies).
* Managing senior stakeholders and vendors, exercising autonomy in decisions and negotiations.
* Promoting departmental transformation by advancing the operating model and organizational change.
