Description

Job Summary: Responsible for surveillance, prevention, rescue, and first aid in bathing areas, as well as equipment maintenance and incident management. Key Highlights: 1. Conducts active monitoring and behavior control in bathing areas. 2. Performs water rescues using equipment and administers first aid. 3. Coordinates medical assistance and manages maintenance of rescue equipment. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Surveillance and Prevention * **Active monitoring:** Continuously observe assigned bathing areas. * **Behavior control:** Enforce the facility's safety regulations. * **Risk identification:** Detect fatigued swimmers or hazardous weather conditions. * **Area inspection:** Inspect water conditions, signage, and pool/beach bottoms before opening. 2. Rescue and Lifesaving * **Immediate intervention:** Execute water rescue techniques promptly. * **Equipment use:** Handle flotation devices, rescue torpedoes, rescue tubes, or rescue vessels. * **Safe extraction:** Remove victims from the water while minimizing injury risks. 3. First Aid and Medical Assistance * **Life support:** Administer Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and use Automated External Defibrillators (AED). * **Primary care:** Treat wounds, sunburns, insect stings, or contusions. * **Medical coordination:** Stabilize victims and activate external emergency services. 4. Maintenance and Management * **Equipment care:** Inspect and maintain first-aid kits and rescue tools in ready-to-use condition. * **Incident logging:** Prepare daily reports on assistance provided, rescues performed, or anomalies observed. * **Basic cleaning:** Keep access points and pool/beach areas free of obstacles.
