Objective Ensure efficient supply, inventory control, and logistics chain optimization to guarantee continuity and efficiency in construction site production. Responsibilities 1\. Plan project material requirements. 2\. Consolidate purchase requests from user departments. 3\. Execute procurement processes in accordance with established procedures. 4\. Evaluate and select suppliers. 5\. Negotiate commercial terms (price, delivery schedule, quality). 6\. Manage purchase orders. 7\. Control material receipt at construction sites. 8\. Supervise proper material storage. 9\. Manage inventories (up-to-date stock ledger). 10\. Monitor stock levels (minimum/maximum). 11\. Ensure material traceability. 12\. Coordinate material dispatches to work fronts. 13\. Optimize supply lead times (Just-in-Time). 14\. Control logistics and transportation costs. 15\. Supervise proper use of equipment and tools. 16\. Monitor material shortages, losses, and deterioration. 17\. Prepare logistics reports and key performance indicators (e.g., turnover rate, stockouts). 18\. Coordinate supply activities with administration and production departments. 19\. Ensure compliance with internal and contractual regulations. 20\. Implement continuous improvements in the supply chain. 21\. Machinery scheduling: assign heavy equipment (cranes, excavators, dump trucks) according to the weekly construction schedule. 22\.
