Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to perform inspections, monitoring, and simple maintenance tasks on equipment and systems, ensuring operational continuity and order. Ensure proper operation of equipment We are Clínica Montefiori, with over 41 years of experience providing comprehensive outpatient consultations, emergency care, and hospitalization services at high quality standards; therefore, we require highly qualified personnel to join our staff as 01 MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT. Requirements: - Technical education (preferred): Electricity, Masonry, Electronics, Mechanics, Air Conditioning - Operation of generators and elevators - Basic knowledge of fire suppression systems, air conditioning, and mechanical equipment (water pumps and others) - Experience in hospitals or clinics (desirable) Responsibilities: Perform basic inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues. Monitor machinery and equipment operation and report any anomalies or failures. Carry out simple maintenance tasks such as filter replacement, component lubrication, and minor adjustments. Use tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure tools and materials are in good condition and appropriate for assigned tasks. Maintain the work area clean and orderly. Clean equipment and machinery after use. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and ensure one's own safety and that of colleagues. Ensure necessary supplies are available and properly stored. Conduct basic tests to verify proper equipment operation after adjustments.
