We are actively seeking **new talents to join our Medical Representative team**, even if you have no prior experience in this industry. **Key Responsibilities:** * Visit **clinics, hospitals, health centers, pharmacies, and medical posts** across various districts of Lima. * Present and position our products to healthcare professionals. * Strengthen relationships with physicians, pharmacies, and institutional clients. * Support promotional activities and medical training sessions. * Achieve commercial targets and submit daily or weekly progress reports. **Requirements:** * Graduates or students in Nutrition, Nursing, Biology, Pharmacy, or related fields (candidates from other disciplines with a commercial profile are also considered). * Strong communication skills and persuasive abilities. * Professional appearance, organizational skills, and proactive attitude. * Availability for fieldwork (in-person visits). **We Offer:** * Comprehensive training in medical detailing, nutrition, and consultative selling techniques. * Opportunity for **career progression** into roles with greater responsibility. * Ongoing mentoring and professional development. * Base salary \+ attractive commissions \+ performance-based bonuses.
