We are currently undergoing expansion and strengthening of our services, and we are seeking a responsible, committed, proactive, and service-oriented individual. **JOIN OUR TEAM!** Position: Registered Nurse or Nursing Technician Work Location: Carabayllo – Northern Lima REQUIREMENTS * Registered Nurse (Bachelor’s degree) or Nursing Technician. * Experience in medical clinics (preferred). * Excellent interpersonal skills and patient-centered approach. * Immediate availability. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Proactivity, responsibility, and ability to work effectively in a team. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and service attitude. * Ability to work under pressure. * Residency in Carabayllo or neighboring districts. * Availability to work rotating 12-hour shifts from Monday to Sunday. * 11 hours of effective work plus 1 hour for lunch break. * Essential skills: punctuality, seriousness, responsibility, organization, respect, and empathy toward patients. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Measurement and documentation of vital signs. * Administration of medications via intramuscular, intravenous (mandatory), and subcutaneous routes per medical prescription. * Assistance during medical procedures. * Organization and management of clinical records. * Patient care, guidance, and follow-up. * Maintenance of order, cleanliness, and proper functioning of the work area. * Support in administrative tasks, basic Excel usage, and cash handling. * Performance of other job-related duties as assigned according to the facility’s operational needs. **WE OFFER** * Job stability. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Continuous training and learning. * Work within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. * Development of experience in outpatient care and medical procedures. * Ongoing learning across various clinical and administrative areas. * Adequate infrastructure and equipment to perform assigned duties. **IMPORTANT** * We seek responsible individuals with genuine interest in joining our team and willingness to assume long-term employment commitments.
