Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in optical clinics or ophthalmological clinics. **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in optometric equipment such as autorefractors. Ability to perform basic visual examinations and measure visual correction parameters for contact lenses and eyeglasses. **Soft Skills:** Effective communication, empathy, and warm patient interaction. Teamwork with ophthalmologists and other healthcare professionals. **Availability:** Ability to work rotating shifts and, if necessary, willingness to travel between different locations. **Others:** Basic proficiency in patient management software or optometry-related software.
