Position Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Supervisor to plan, supervise, and control OSH management, promote prevention, and ensure regulatory compliance in furniture projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan and control Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) management 2. Promote a prevention culture and supervise safe procedures 3. Identify, assess, and control risks at work fronts We are looking for an **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Supervisor**, and we are ALL CENTER, a company responsible for implementing projects for renowned construction firms and end users, providing melamine furniture manufacturing and installation services for bedrooms, kitchens, closets, pantries, shelves, bathroom furniture, and other spaces. **What will be your challenge?** Plan, supervise, and control **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)** management **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Promote a safety prevention culture * Conduct safety inductions, talks, and training sessions * Identify, assess, and control risks at work fronts * Supervise the correct use of PPE and compliance with safe procedures * Prepare required statistical reports as mandated by law * Plan occupational medical examinations * Deliver the quality dossier for protocol coordination and issuance of the warranty letter * Maintain OSH records and reports in accordance with current regulations **What are we looking for in you?** * University graduate in Industrial, Environmental, or Civil Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields * Specialization or diploma in **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH)** * Minimum of 2 **years** of experience in OSH * Solid knowledge of OSH regulations and risk management * Technical judgment and firmness to enforce safety standards * Clear communication skills and a preventive mindset **What do we offer you?** * Formal employment from day one * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM * Location: Breña * Biweekly payment * Salary: 2k to 2\.4k Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,400\.00 per month Application question(s): * What is your availability to work? * Do you agree with the offered employment conditions — salary and working hours? * Do you have at least 2 years of experience as an OSH Supervisor performing the described duties?
