Then you are the Product Owner we are looking for!** **Your role as Product Owner** ---------------------------------- As Product Owner within our innovation team, you are responsible for developing internal digital solutions. You steer the entire product lifecycle: from idea to successful adoption. Your responsibilities include: * Defining and communicating the product vision, roadmap, and priorities. * Translating business needs into concrete user stories and requirements. * Managing and prioritizing the product backlog based on value and impact. * Acting as the liaison between business (end users) and (technical) developers. * Initiating innovations and improving processes using data and AI. * Monitoring product performance, usage, and feedback—and adapting accordingly. * Guiding stakeholders and building support throughout the development process. * Driving adoption and supporting change management. **What we are looking for** ------------------ As a Product Owner, you are entrepreneurial, analytical, and able to bring people along with your vision. Additionally: * Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role. * Completed education at least at HBO level. * Affinity with digitalization, innovation, and AI\-applications. * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. * Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and product development. * Ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions. * Well-developed user perspective. * Proactive, analytical, and accustomed to making data\-driven decisions. * Experience with AI, workflow\-automation, or enterprise applications is a plus. * Proficiency in both Dutch and English. **Working in the innovation team** --------------------------------- As our new colleague, you will join the innovation team based in The Hague.
