Job Summary: Production Operator to carry out molding and demolding activities, quality control, and maintenance of the work area, following safety standards and good practices. Key Points: 1. Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices SOTTCOR LABS requires a PRODUCTION OPERATOR available to work at the factory in Ate from MONDAY TO SATURDAY: REQUIREMENTS: Completed Secondary Education (mandatory) 3 months of experience in production processes (desirable) Availability to work rotating shifts (Monday to Saturday) RESPONSIBILITIES: * Execute molding and demolding activities according to the production order. * Ensure proper mold filling to prevent spills and product deformation. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area during and after the process. * Report process deviations, equipment failures, or non-conforming products to the immediate supervisor. * Correctly label the batch number on each cooler. * Remove buckets containing mixture to perform the molding process. * Mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company internal regulations. * Perform proper cleaning and disinfection of the area (molding and kitchen) after completing the molding, demolding, and cooking processes. * Proper washing and disinfection of the marmita (men only). * Support in the kitchen for production (qualified personnel only).
