Discover the challenges awaiting you as a Project Coordinator: * Clearly understand the business need addressed by the project implementation and document it in a scope statement. * Estimate timelines, costs, and budgets in collaboration with all stakeholders across different domains. * Execute, monitor, control, and close the project according to the approved project plan, managing its end-to-end delivery. * Manage and monitor project performance against baselines, track KPIs, report status, and take corrective actions to ensure baseline adherence, in coordination with the team. * Manage risks and escalations, testing, production rollout, and post-production activities, adhering to the established methodology for various solution types. * Manage and monitor budget adherence to baseline to identify variances and implement corrective actions to realign the baseline. * Report the status of the assigned project portfolio to relevant stakeholders. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degrees: Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience managing projects using PMI methodology. * Experience managing telecommunications projects. * Desirable knowledge of methodologies for managing initiatives. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Proficiency in MS Project. * Desirable knowledge of Power BI. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles. * PMP certification is mandatory. * Scrum Master certification is desirable. **Selection Process** ------------------------ Our selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
