Currently, our company is seeking a Project Manager & QA with experience in project management and software quality assurance, responsible for leading technological initiatives, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring deliverable quality by defining strategies, processes, and controls that contribute to achieving objectives. Main Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise technological projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality are met. Lead development and quality teams, promoting best practices and agile methodologies. Define and implement QA, functional testing, and automated testing strategies. Design and oversee the execution of test plans, test cases, and test scenarios. Manage project schedules, risks, resources, and performance indicators. Analyze functional and technical requirements to ensure proper test coverage. Coordinate with involved departments to identify, track, and resolve incidents. Evaluate and implement tools and processes that optimize project management and software quality. Prepare progress, risk, and results reports for management and stakeholders. Promote continuous improvement in processes, standards, and working methodologies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 4 years of experience in technological project management and software quality assurance. Experience in QA Automation and test framework design. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and technological projects. Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management. Proficiency in project management and incident tracking tools (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps or similar). Experience in test strategy definition, risk management, and process improvement. Ability to align technological initiatives with business objectives.
