Job Objective: Provide technical support to the Pharmaceutical Technical Director in the management and operation of the facility, ensuring compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP) and Good Dispensing Practices (GDP), as well as current health regulations, thereby contributing to quality and safety in pharmaceutical care. Minimum Requirements: Licensed, registered, and authorized Pharmaceutical Chemist. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in pharmaceutical establishments (pharmacies, drugstores, clinics, or pharmacies). Knowledge of Good Storage Practices (GSP) and Good Dispensing Practices (GDP). Familiarity with current health regulations in the healthcare sector. Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail. Availability to work Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturdays from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM Desirable: Experience supporting technical direction or pharmaceutical supervision. Knowledge of pharmacovigilance and quality control. Courses or training in pharmaceutical management or clinical pharmacy. Main Responsibilities: Assist in supervising the proper dispensing of medicines and pharmaceutical products. Verify compliance with Good Storage Practices (GSP) and Good Dispensing Practices (GDP). Monitor appropriate storage, preservation, and rotation of products (FEFO/FIFO). Assist in monitoring expiration dates and storage conditions. Collaborate in managing and controlling narcotic and psychotropic drugs in accordance with regulations. Participate in implementing and monitoring the pharmacovigilance system. Provide support in training technical and auxiliary staff. Assist in internal audits, health inspections, and corrective actions. Coordinate with the Technical Director and administrative department for timely supply of medicines.
