




Position Summary: Attend to, inform, and guide patients through medical care processes, coordinating the preparation and delivery of documentation and receiving complaints/suggestions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct attention and collaboration with the public and patients at the clinic 2. Coordination and management of medical documentation and complaints 3. Dynamic role accompanying patients and conducting satisfaction surveys **Job Description** ---------------------- Attend to, collaborate with, and provide information to the general public. Inform and process requests for medical information. Provide information regarding locations and general reference points for services. Collaborate with and guide patients through care processes in any clinic service. Receive and register patients’ requests for medical documentation. Coordinate with Clinical Records Archive staff, Medical Directorate, and personnel from other departments to prepare requested documentation. Coordinate and/or deliver requested documentation directly to patients. Receive patient complaints and/or suggestions. Receive, deliver, and register documents arriving at the clinic to their respective recipients. Receive, dispatch via courier service, and register various documents sent outside the clinic. Prepare and report daily cash closure. Evolve from a static role to a dynamic one, physically accompanying vulnerable or disoriented patients throughout their care journey.
