Excellent work environment and continuous support A Peruvian laboratory specializing in nutritional supplements is looking to add new talent to its team for the position of Sales Representative. Prior experience in this field is not required — we provide full training! **Main Responsibilities:** \- Promote and sell laboratory products in pharmacies, drugstores, polyclinics, clinics, and other outlets. \- Conduct client visits, present product benefits, and build trust-based relationships. \- Adhere to assigned visit schedules and meet sales targets. \- Support promotional campaigns, training sessions, and other marketing activities. \- Provide post-sales follow-up and basic management reports. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** \- Technical or university education (completed or in progress) in administration, marketing, health sciences, or related fields. \- Strong verbal communication skills, positive attitude, and service orientation. \- Responsible, dynamic, and results-driven individual. \- Enthusiastic about learning and teamwork. \- Availability for fieldwork (daily client visits). **We Offer:** \- Comprehensive sales and product knowledge training. \- Defined career path within the laboratory (potential promotion to Senior Representative or Supervisor). \- Opportunity to advance professionally to Medical Representative. \- Excellent work environment and continuous support. \- Base salary \+ commissions \+ performance-based bonuses. \- Job stability and opportunities for professional growth.
