Job Description
This role will be responsible for organizing and executing promotional activities for the vaccines unit to generate prescriptions for assigned portfolio products, identifying and addressing healthcare professionals’ needs related to strategy, as well as administrative/logistical staff facilitating access to our products in private and public institutions; additionally, ensuring a consistent service image across our organization’s full portfolio, in accordance with guidelines established by the Business Unit Management.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute the business unit’s promotional guidelines targeting healthcare professionals at private and/or public centers, per directives from Management.
* Comprehensive management of assigned key accounts to maximize opportunities for our business unit.
* Prepare and maintain the healthcare professionals’ Kardex for the assigned territory and accounts, meeting company-established standards for quality, quantity, and effectiveness.
* Ensure achievement of KPIs set by the subsidiary.
Organize continuing education activities for healthcare professionals listed in the assigned Kardex, relevant to each specialty and aligned with portfolio strategies and priorities.
* Analyze performance indicators of our products relative to relevant competitors to determine and implement actions supporting growth and optimization of our market share.
* Identify patient pathways for each portfolio product within key accounts, detecting needs that enable development of value propositions optimizing access to our brands.
**Professional Education:** Completed University Studies
**Additional Knowledge:** Experience handling products from the specified line
**Experience:** Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales Representative/Medical Representative roles within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in high-specialty business units (mandatory).
**Software Proficiency:** User-level MS Office proficiency
**Languages:** Basic/Intermediate English
