Job Summary: We are seeking an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist to plan, implement, and supervise the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS), ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Management System 2. Conduct site inspections and promote proper use of PPE 3. Investigate accidents and incidents and prepare reports At Imagina, we are currently seeking an Occupational Risk Prevention Specialist. The main responsibilities include: * Plan, implement, and supervise compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) in accordance with current regulations. * Prepare and ensure correct implementation of OSHMS policies, regulations, plans, and procedures. * Conduct site inspections to verify preventive controls, reduce unsafe conditions, and promote proper use of PPE. * Organize and deliver training sessions, inductions, and advisory services on occupational safety and health and risk prevention. * Review and update the IPERC Matrix, driving continuous improvement of established controls. * Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective actions. * Prepare occupational safety and health reports and statistical reports, managing documentation and records in compliance with current regulations. Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within construction projects. * Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel. * Knowledge of Law No. 29783 on Occupational Safety and Health, Supreme Decree No. 005-2012-TR, Ministerial Resolution No. 050-2013-TR, and Supreme Decree No. 011-2019-TR.
