Job Summary: We are seeking a Merchandiser to ensure proper product display, inventory control, and promotion implementation in stores specializing in construction finishes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure proper product display at strategic locations. 2. Implement POP materials and promotions to enhance product visibility. 3. Maintain effective relationships with store staff. **CERAMICAS KANTU S.A.C.** Cerámicas Kantu is a Peruvian company dedicated to manufacturing ceramic, porcelain, marble, and glass decorative trims (friezes) and accessories. With over 40 years of experience in the ceramics industry and more than 15 years in manufacturing construction finishes, we have developed high-quality products featuring innovative designs. We are currently seeking a Merchandiser. ***Requirements*** · Graduate or final-year student in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields. · Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or in similar roles. · Basic Excel proficiency. · Availability to conduct route visits to the following areas: Salaverry, La Brasil, San Miguel, and Colonial — visiting 2 to 3 stores per day. · Availability to work from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, with one day off per week. ***Responsibilities*** * Ensure proper product display on shelves, gondolas, and strategic locations, adhering to planograms and brand guidelines. * Perform restocking and inventory control, preventing stockouts and reporting replenishment needs. * Implement POP materials and in-store promotions, ensuring consumer visibility and appeal. * Maintain effective relationships with store managers and floor staff, facilitating collaboration, training, and compliance with commercial agreements. * Record information and prepare digital reports (photographic and written) on point-of-sale execution. * Plan and execute visit routes efficiently, optimizing time and ensuring coverage of all assigned stores. * Other duties related to the position. ***We Offer*** * Market-competitive salary. * Inclusion in the general payroll. * Commissions. * Mobility allowance of S/100.00. * Inter-store transportation. * Food card \- SODEXO worth S/125.00. **If you meet the profile, please send your documented CV along with your base salary expectations to gricell.selecciondepersonal@gmail.com** **Subject: MERCANDISER** **WhatsApp: 908 749 310** Salary: S/.1,130.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
