Job Summary: YMCA Peru is seeking a responsible lifeguard to conduct constant surveillance of pool users and provide professional emergency response. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude The Young Men's Christian Association of Peru (YMCA Peru) is seeking top talent to fill the position of: **LIFEGUARD.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct constant surveillance of pool users * Provide emergency care and treatment as needed until emergency medical services arrive * Respond quickly and appropriately to ensure customer safety in emergencies * Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times and uphold a high standard of customer service **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education or technical studies in Physical Education * Lifesaving or First Aid certification (Mandatory) * 4 to 6 months of experience as a lifeguard * Availability to work in Pueblo Libre * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/1500.00 * Full payroll benefits (CTS and 100% bonus) * Pleasant work environment Salary: S/.1,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
