Requirements: · Bachelor's degree, technical diploma, or final-cycle student in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related fields. · Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles. · Knowledge of networking and communications, ITIL, and ticketing tools. - Proficiency in computational connectivity solutions and technical support assistance for software and hardware. Responsibilities: Execute and/or supervise software and hardware support tasks. Track and control ticket closure for support requests. Perform monitoring and execution of information backups. Generate and update user manuals and system error analyses. Conduct analysis and investigation of software and hardware errors. Document support incidents.
