Our culture emphasizes work–life balance, professional development, global career opportunities, and an epic benefits package.**Join Our Team****Your Mission** Execute all preventive and corrective maintenance activities, daily inspections, fine-tuning, and initial commissioning—ensuring service quality to meet divisional objectives, in compliance with Peruvian legislation and Epiroc’s established standards, procedures, and policies. What Will Be My Responsibilities?* Diagnose failures in hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and RCS systems of equipment; carry out all necessary corrective actions to restore equipment to operational and standard condition, with quality and efficiency; issue technical reports on failures—these may be prepared on-site or in workshops. * Prepare and submit a detailed work report for all equipment serviced during your shift, specifying all tasks performed—including lists of spare parts used—and clearly indicating pending tasks for the next shift. * Replace assigned spare parts and components in accordance with the spare parts and component handling instructions. * Maintain order and cleanliness in workshops and across all assigned tasks. * Perform lubrication and greasing of serviced equipment according to inspection schedules. * Carry out equipment washing. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning systems. **The Ideal Candidate for This Position:** * Profession: Technician in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Machinery, Automotive Engineering, or related fields. * Academic Level: Bachelor’s degree. * Minimum three years’ experience maintaining and repairing Epiroc mining equipment (drilling rigs, jumbos, and scoops). * Advanced technical knowledge of Epiroc equipment hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and RCS systems. * Knowledge of diesel engines. * Knowledge of air conditioning systems. * Advanced ability to handle and interpret equipment service and parts manuals. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Intermediate-level English proficiency (desirable). * Compliance with health requirements per established protocols (i.e., medically fit for duty). * Willingness to travel to high-altitude locations and work under non-standard shifts. * Valid light-vehicle driving license (Class A2B). * Preferred residence in Juliaca, Puno, or Arequipa; willingness to work at San Gabriel Mine (Lima). * 14-days-on/7-days-off work schedule. **It all starts with people.** The world needs metals and minerals for the energy transition, and our cities and infrastructure must be developed to serve a growing population.
